No. You're only charged for conversations that
actually start. Failed deliveries due to invalid
numbers, blocked users, or technical errors are never

No setup fees on any plan. The 14-day free trial
includes full platform access. Enterprise plans may
include optional paid onboarding based on complexity.
Yes. Cancel anytime from your account settings — no
questions asked. You'll continue to have access
until the end of your current billing period.
Absolutely. All invoices include your GSTIN and are

customers receive standard invoices with applicable
